Quick and Onolicious Corn Relish
2 each 11oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup red onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
1 cup of Ono Pineapple Drizzle
1/2 cup of nuts (optional) Mix all ingredients and chill.
Makes a fabulously refreshing side dish. If you prefer a more creamy dressing, mix with plain yogurt.
