Steve's Review For those who like to entertain - this is the bible for pupus (how we love to refer to appetizers and light food here in Hawaii). The recipes are not for just Hawaiian kine pupus but for all kine pupus. Spinach balls and Oven Curried Shrimp to Shiofuke Konbu Cucumber and Kamaboko Dip, this is the book. Recipes are easy to make. The book is in food group sections, very helpful when you got to make stuff for vegetarians or people allergic to seafood.
