Malie Kai North Shore Oahu Single-origin Dark Chocolate Bar with real Cacao Nibs
Cacao (pronounced cuh-COW) nibs are what chocolate is made from. After the cocoa bean after it’s been harvested, dried, fermented, roasted and hulled there are these tiny bits of what can be described as raw chocolate.
This chocolate bar is a bouquet of tropical fruit flavors. The nibs add a wonderful texture contrast, greater chocolate intensity and more anti-oxidants.
