Malie Kai North Shore Oahu Single-origin Milk Chocolate Bar with real Cocao Nibs
Cacao (pronounced cuh-COW) nibs are what chocolate is made from. After the cocoa bean after it’s been harvested, dried, fermented, roasted and hulled there are these tiny bits of what can be described as raw chocolate.
Fruit and caramel notes. Nibs add greater richness and a wonderful crunch.
