One of the most delightful products grown in Hawaii on the slopes of Haleakala, is the sweet Maui Onion. That's what we've chosen for our Maui Hot Sauce, combining it with tomatoes for a unique take on a traditional sauce. This sauce makes a great dip, and we use it to season a variety of fish and meat dishes. Use in place of ketchup on just about anything, or spice up your favorite rib sauce or make one using equal portions of Maui Hot Sauce and ketchup with a squeeze of lime. Maui No Ka Oi!
