Hawaii has been using Chile Pepper Water since the 1800's. A blend of spices, garlic, onion and of course plenty of chiles. The consistency of water with the heat of lava and the flavor of your favorite food. It goes on everything. Mix with soy (shoyu) sauce to get a real local flavor.
